Oversee the support operations and implementation of BI solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and analytics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics and reporting needs. Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of data platforms, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes Handling incidents and issues related to data platforms, troubleshooting problems, Roo-cause Analysis and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
