Develop and maintain complex call flows within Genesys IVR, optimizing for customer experience and efficiency. Implement and manage voice authentication solutions using Watsonx Assistant. Utilize Cyara for comprehensive IVR testing, ensuring high quality and performance. Capture, analyze, and report on key IVR metrics to identify areas for improvement. Develop, train, and optimize Watsonx Assistant models for natural language understanding and dialogue management. Manage the rollout and ongoing support of Watsonx Assistant solutions. Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IVR and conversational AI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IVR and Watsonx Assistant integrations. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Genesys IVR development, including call flow design, scripting, and integration with backend systems. Hands-on experience with Cyara for IVR testing. Deep understanding of IVR metrics and data analysis. Extensive experience in Watsonx Assistant development, including: Building and training complex conversational flows. Implementing and managing voice authentication solutions. Integrating Watsonx Assistant with other systems. Optimizing Watsonx Assistant models for performance and accuracy. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
