The ideal candidate must possess in depth experience with SQL server database administration. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team. Responsibilities As a SQL DBA, you will Work with the application teams to design data models and implement them in test and production environments. Identify performance bottlenecks related to database processing and work with architects and application teams to improve performance. Install, configure and migrate SQL server databases and servers. Develop and run scripts to automate administration tasks. Perform database monitoring, error prevention and maintenance automation. Conduct capacity planning for small and large projects. Setup database environments for various testing purposes. Design and implement disaster recovery solutions.
