Creating use cases, preparing test plans and executing traceable software testing. Data architecture experience. Customer service and/or project management experience a plus. Energy/Utility industry experience is a plus. Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Certifications Business process modeling, requirements management and product management certifications, and/or other relevant technical certifications such as CBAP, CSQE, CSQA are desirable.
