PMP certification Minimum of 5- 8 years of professional experience in project management within the utility sector, preferably water or infrastructure projects. Strong operational focus in monitoring field service projects. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of contract administration, vendor management, and government procurement processes. Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning for engineering projects. Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a regular on-site presence in New York City.
