Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP FICO solutions, and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP FICO Implementation & Support

Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial and controlling processes.

Design, configure, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions.

Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Provide post-go-live support and system enhancements.

2. Configuration & Customization

Configure SAP FI modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

Configure SAP CO modules: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements, reports, and user exits.

3. Business Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and system functionalities.

Implement best practices in financial and controlling processes.

Provide training to end-users and stakeholders.

4. Integration & Data Management

Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, HR).

Manage data migration and reconciliation during implementation projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.

Experience:
6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.

Strong understanding of financial and controlling business processes.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO is a plus.

Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and PP modules.

Hands-on experience in configuring FI/CO modules and writing functional specifications.

Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and upgrades.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

SAP FICO Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

CPA, CFA, or any financial certification is an advantage.
