The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our IT bench consultants, sourcing new requirements, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring timely placements. This role requires excellent communication skills, market insight, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants by leveraging various platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.). Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients. Identify and submit matching requirements for consultants. Negotiate rates with vendors and clients while adhering to market standards. Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates with consultants and vendors. Requirements: Proven experience in US Bench Sales and IT recruitment. Strong understanding of IT technologies and the US staffing market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in US time zones is preferred.
