Job Description: We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Developer to join companys PC Asset Management implementation team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers mission-critical objectives. In addition to migrating from our current Asset Management solution to HAM, this role may be asked to support our current Java/Perl platform until decommissioning. Responsibilities: Develop and implement ServiceNow HAM solutions in alignment with client needs related to PC Asset Management Collaborate with functional teams, lead technical solution design sessions, and contribute to process improvement and documentation. Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on HAM module. Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of IT Asset Management processes. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis. Skills Required: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices Skills Preferred: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other relevant technologies ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications preferred Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred Experience Required: Experience working in the ServiceNow environment Education Required: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Saurabh Tomar IT Recruiter Arkaya Infotech Inc.
