I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation Role: Sr. Technical BA Location: Hybrid (San Antonio, Texas) Visa: EAD,GC,USC Client: CPS Energy Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications. Design, develop, test, deploy, and modify technical solutions and BI content for use with other applications. Create requirements and design documentation. Communicate with business/functional groups to gather specifications, develop strategy and design solutions based on business needs. This position interfaces with users in all areas of the organization frequently. Define key metrics to track success or prioritize features. Translate requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items. Champion data literacy within the organization and drive adoption rates. Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports. Create business reports that provide insight into key data points. Set Objectives and key results and KPIs. Make objective arguments to influence stakeholders. Track data and reports usage to identify opportunities for improvement Design, Develop, and unit test new or existing Data Integration solutions to meet business requirements. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data integration issues such as data quality. Deliver increased productivity and effectiveness through rapid delivery of high-quality data applications. Provide work estimates and communicate status of assignments. Assist in QA efforts on tasks by providing input for test cases and supporting test case execution. Analyze transaction errors, troubleshoot issues in the software, develop bug-fixes, involved in performance tuning efforts. 5+ years of experience in developing complex Oracle/MSQL programs for the Data Warehouse. Makes some independent decisions and recommendations which affect the section, department and/or division. Develops alternative solutions for decision-making which support organizational goals/objectives and budget constraints. Operates with substantial latitude for independent action in setting objectives and deciding how to proceed. Works with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters.
