Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Manage the complete integration lifecycle, including technical documentation and user support. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Workday integrations development experience. Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP), and XSLT. Experience with Workday security configuration related to integrations. Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and data transformation techniques. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Workday certification in Integrations. Experience with Workday Prism, BIRT, and Workday Extend. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
