This role will support Texas state agencies in ERP initiatives, user acceptance testing, process analysis, and PeopleSoft HCM implementations. Responsibilities: Provide training assistance and User Acceptance Testing support. Develop functional design documents and detailed user requirements. Create, execute, and validate test scenarios and scripts to ensure system functionality. Analyze business objectives and propose solutions for PeopleSoft HCM (v9.1 or higher). Work with PeopleSoft HCM core modules (v9.2 or higher) in implementation and production support. Support CAPPS expansion efforts for Central and Hub agencies. Maintain system security measures and ensure compliance with state and federal policies. Perform go-live activities and coordinate functional cutovers. Respond to CAPPS Service Desk tickets for system enhancements, maintenance, and break fixes. Participate in Fiscal Year-End processes, disaster recovery exercises, and payroll processing support. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in ERP initiatives, UAT support, and functional design. Strong background in PeopleSoft HCM (v9.1 or higher) with experience in HR and Position Management. Experience working with Texas state government processes, policies, and procedures. Hands-on experience with CPA systems, including CAPPS, HRIS, SPRS, USPS, TINS, and USAS. Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, and ITIL principles. Expertise in SQL for system synchronization. Preferred Qualifications: Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specs for benefit enrollment programs.
