You will be presented with demos of the software products by the development teams with internal/external customers. You will use your knowledge of the product/solution and technologies to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution. You will create user stories that will define to the development teams the needs and requirements in a way that the end results will ensure the satisfaction of the end users. You will bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to the software or business processes by utilizing software engineering tools, various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. Such as automation, reduce design complexity, reduce time to response, and simplify the client/end-user experience. You will ensure enterprise architecture vision effectiveness & vision is aligned in the products designed by you. You will work very closely with the users, the development teams, test teams and overall end to end solution team in a good collaborative way. You will represent/lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team (for example, leads technical design reviews). Builds relationships with internal customers/stakeholders The requirements are: Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent. 7-8 years' experience designing software applications Expertise in creating and presenting user stories Solid understanding of software development processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Experience in Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: Telecom Domain Knowledge (OSS preferred) Knowledge of Network architectures, Inventory Creation, Management and Provisioning Knowledge of Provisioning for Customer Services Experience working with ServiceNow telecom modules such as OMT, ITOM, CSM [for telecom customers] Knowledge of various TM Forum APIs used for Product, Inventory, & Service Management.
