The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, implement ETL processes, and create insightful reports and analytics solutions. This is a fully remote role requiring strong problem-solving skills, performance tuning expertise, and experience working in a fast-paced healthcare domain. Required Qualifications: 8-9 years of hands-on experience in SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions). Strong expertise in SSIS (ETL), SSRS (Reporting), and SSAS (Analysis Services). Proficient in Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory for cloud-based solutions. Experience in performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization techniques. Solid understanding of data modeling, star/snowflake schema, and OLAP concepts. Experience working with large-scale databases and complex data transformations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare domain (Optum, UHG, or similar environments). Knowledge of Power BI, Python, or other reporting and analytics tools. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and database automation.
