The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Communities platform, Salesforce Knowledge articles, and advanced development in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role will also involve developing and maintaining REST APIs, working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and integrating Salesforce with other platforms such as Jira. Salesforce Communities (10+ years of experience): Extensive experience with building and administering Salesforce Communities, including setup, customization, and user interface design. Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Knowledge Articles, as well as leveraging Knowledge Management capabilities. Proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, classes, and batch processes . Hands-on experience designing and building Visualforce pages to enhance user experience and extend Salesforce functionality. Comfortable in working with Lightning Web Components(LWC) for modern UI development and building scalable Salesforce applications. Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, specifically in customer service and support process automation. Proven experience developing and maintaining REST APIs, integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica). Strong experience with Salesforce CPQ , including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and best practices to ensure robust and scalable implementations. Strong understanding of sales and service processes to effectively align CRM platform changes with business needs. Experience integrating Salesforce with Jira for enhanced project management and issue tracking workflows. Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica for seamless integration between Salesforce and external applications.
