Experience Level: 3 (Senior) Job Description: Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members. Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required. Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions/resolutions. Experience Bachelors degree or equivalent 10+ years of Software Development experience Experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery. Experience with both Agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies. Qualifications: Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required. IBM FileNet administration, development and configuration. Looks like BAW is must, though manager said he is flexible on either. Development exp. is required. Will work on futuristic goals, updating exciting applications and production support. Will move legacy systems in Cloud in future. Migration exp. will be helpful. Current resource moving to new role. Chicago location. Potential extension. No talk about hiring. IBM FileNet is been used for supporting 40+ applications. Supporting documentation, Documents storage management, workflow management, etc. Sr developer will work too if have expereince as Architect. FileNet BAW is recent. Mainly looking for Java tech stack.
