The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud ERP (or Oracle EBS) to meet the specific needs of winery operations, including finance, supply chain, production, inventory, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation for a wine industry client. Gather business requirements, configure system solutions, and provide recommendations aligned with industry best practices. Work closely with finance, supply chain, production, and distribution teams to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with wine industry regulations (e.g., TTB reporting, vineyard management, excise tax). Develop and execute testing strategies, including UAT, system integration, and data migration. Provide training and post-implementation support to users. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive system enhancements and continuous improvements. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS implementation (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing). Strong knowledge of wine industry processes (vineyard management, winemaking, bottling, distribution). Experience with Oracle Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management. Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations (APIs, web services), and reporting tools (BI, OTBI, FRS). Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the wine industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Oracle Cloud or EBS certification is a plus. Preferred: Experience with Wine ERP solutions (e.g., InnoVint, Vintrace) and their integration with Oracle ERP.
