(max) Responsibilities: Cloud Environment Management: o Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of the various DelDOT cloud environments as needed (AWS, Azure, P, or similar). o Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of cloud resources to ensure uptime, scalability, and cost-efficiency. o Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance and security issues, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with Vendors: o Work with external vendors and cloud service providers to manage larger-scale projects and integrate new tools or services. o Communicate technical requirements, help evaluate vendor solutions, and assist in project implementation. o Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications. Cloud Solution Development: o Develop and implement cloud-based solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. o Write and maintain scripts for automating cloud infrastructure tasks (e.g., provisioning, deployments, monitoring). o Participate in the design and implementation of cloud-based services and applications. Maintenance and Updates: o Regularly update cloud environments and deployed services to stay current with best practices, security patches, and new features. o Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues as they arise. o Document processes, configurations, and updates to ensure knowledge sharing across the team. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
