The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Prj Info System. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities : - Lead the planning and implementation of SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Prj Info System. - Oversee project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule. - Provide technical expertise in SAP PS to support project teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly. - Manage project budgets and resources effectively. - Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items. - Ensure quality assurance processes are followed throughout the project lifecycle. - Support the development and implementation of project management best practices. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery. Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PS Projects-Claims and SAP PS Prj Info System. - Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in using project management tools and software. - Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. - Hold a relevant certification in SAP PS or project management. - Be adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges. - Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Exhibit strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams.
