Role: Business Analyst with Service Management Exp Location: Newark, NJ(Hybrid) - EST Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10+ Years Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Service Management Strong knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices. Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell). Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with business and technical teams. Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is a plus. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong project management skills and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
