Job Title : Lead Network Engineer Location : Orlando, FL (Onsite) Experience : 10+ Years Duration : Long Term Contract Passport No & LinkedIn is Mandatory Mandatory Skills: Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), MPLS, VPNs, and data center networking technologies Description: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Manage and mentor a team of network engineers. Define and implement network architecture strategies aligned with business objectives. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new network technologies and solutions. Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures. Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Participate in on-call rotation for network support. Proactively identify and mitigate potential network issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration. Stay current with the latest advancements in networking technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong focus on Juniper and Aruba technologies. Proven experience leading and mentoring network engineering teams. Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), switching technologies, and network security concepts. Experience with MPLS, VPNs, and data center networking technologies (e.g., VXLAN, SDN). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. JNCIA-Junos, JNCIP-Junos, and relevant Aruba certifications preferred. Desired Skills: Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, P). Experience with network security technologies (firewalls). Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.). Experience with network performance monitoring and analysis tools.
