Requisition Name: Data Analyst Location: Remote (Local only Louisiana with DL) Job Type: W2/C2C Contract POSITION SUMMARY: The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions and strategies; Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs); Develop exception reporting to help identify potential errors made by manual administrative responsibilities; Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights; Under the guidance of LDOE, identify opportunities to augment internal tracking, reporting, and forecasting capabilities; Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes; Participate in team meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: Two (2) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in: o Data analysis and reporting; o SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL); o Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI); o Excel/Google Sheets advanced formulas; Proficiency in Python programming language; Strong understanding of statistical methods and techniques; Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
