Experience on implementing and enhancing PRM. Experience as a techno-functional lead on at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle CX Sales & B2B Service Cloud Applications, with strong implementation expertise in at least two of the following is a must on CX Sales, B2B Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder Cloud Services, Visual Builder Studio. Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented. Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations.
