The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies, including identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and role-based access control (RBAC), to ensure secure and efficient user access management across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity management frameworks. Develop custom integrations with various systems and platforms to support SSO, federation, and user provisioning. Maintain and enhance IAM infrastructure, ensuring it meets security, scalability, and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications. Monitor IAM systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide support for IAM-related incidents. Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and security best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational security policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IAM development with hands-on experience in tools like Okta, Microsoft Identity, or similar platforms. Proficiency in IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP). Strong knowledge of identity federation, access management, and RBAC. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar) for IAM customization. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM certifications) are a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
