PROJECT NAME: CurRent NYC HRA JOB TITLE: Solution Architect PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The business objectives of the CurRent NYC initiative involve an application that would provide all landlords doing business with HRA with improved customer service, including self-service, facilitate electronic payment of rent, and make payments to landlords accurately across all programs and tenants (the golden record concept). The system in production facilitates CityFHEPS application submission, processing, and eligibility determinations, tracks CityFHEPS landlord and property records, and allows landlords to create an online account and perform functions that include submitting updated information, seeing limited payment history, and enrolling in electronic payments. There is a significant enhancement necessary to bring about the envisioned process improvements and to comprehensively address the original project objectives. Required skills: 1. Minimum 4 Years Experience with System Architecture, Cloud Architecture: Azure and Security Architecture. 2. Minimum 4 Years Experience with API design, Integrations and DevOps. 3. Minimum 4 Years Experience working with Data management, Data Security, ETL/ELT and Data Integration, Data Analysis, BI tools, Data Pipelines, Data warehousing. 4. Minimum 4 Years Experience with Networking topologies, Architecture Modelling tools, Data Modelling & Design Tasks & Duties Develop and implement data architectures and solutions. Develop and implement data architectures that meet all the business requirements and industry standards to allow users to see landlord records, allow many-to-many links between landlord records and accounts etc. Design and implement data solutions that support business processes and decision-making which will help that will have a streamlined process for the users in requesting for additional documents, disbursing allowances, etc. Ensure seamless integration with other DSS systems along with the integration developer for all the related systems. Oversee data management practices, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management for the property-unit-owner relationship, sync CurRent and POS client, unit and landlord data to maintain better data health and reduce duplicate property/landlord records in the system.
