Excellent skills in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Power. Good understanding of administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of Windows systems. Experience maintaining security, and emergency patching/fixes. Experience in automating common operational support processes using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Power. DevOps mindset with vast experience in scripting and development that helps translate from new projects to Operations. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and F5 Big IP Load balancers. Demonstrated experience in the administration of Dell EMC PowerEdge servers. Hands-on experience with Windows 2016 and 2019 servers. Prior experience with the creation and deployment of new Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, with both On-Prem and AWS-based infrastructures. Monitor the health of all servers and infrastructure components; perform break troubleshooting and periodic preventive maintenance. Demonstrated ability to work independently with multiple teams, and both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong Written/Verbal communication who can deal with customers on a daily basis.
