Job Description -
Tibco & Web Server Administrator
Candidates must reside in either Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA with work from home flexibility.
3 days per week required office presence.

You have:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Tibco Suite Administration, including iProcess, BW5, BW6, ActiveSpaces, and EMS.
At least 5 years of experience specifically with Tibco iProcess.
Experience in administering web servers such as WebSphere, Portal, Tomcat, and IIS.
Proficiency with AIX/Linux OS and Windows.
Highly desired experience with scripting, JAVA/JMX, and Python.
Experience with databases and SQL query writing.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Possess good knowledge of network
Strong ability to learn new technologies.
Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, Zenoss, AWS CloudWatch, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
You will:
Lead the implementation of the Tibco Suite of products and automation.
Design, develop, and implement business process management solutions using Tibco iProcess.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tibco iProcess, BW, EMS, and ActiveSpaces.
Support Web Servers
Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
Work on migration projects.
Collaborate with on-site and offshore teams.
Provide technical leadership to guide the architecture and design of the Tibco suite of products.
Interpret requirements, perform highly complex analyses, and present options and recommendations to achieve desired results.
Develop advanced technological ideas and guide them into a final product.
Handle the scope of patching and upgrade work for middleware technologies, including the Tibco Suite of Applications.
Work with development teams to create and configure new middleware instances required by the projects.
