Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and requirements. Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. Leverage Clariti expertise to configure workflows, build custom applications, and optimize system performance. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for Salesforce and Clariti implementations. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across Salesforce and Clariti platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users to maximize system efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7-8 years of total professional experience , including: 1. 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration . 2. 2+ years of experience with Clariti , including workflow design, custom configurations, and integrations. Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware platforms. Expertise in Salesforce security models, data management, and system optimization. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment during Eastern Time Zone hours. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
