SAP SD LE TRA Consultant - Job Description: Minimum 4-5 years of SAP functional, configuration experience in SAP ECC (R/3) SD/LE, MM ideally a strong awareness of integration through interfaces using EDI / SOAP/ API and FTP. Practical experience with 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementation projects for global clients with involvement in LE-TRA Experience with role that should ensure design, delivery and implementation of complex Supply chain Logistics Solutions, and Freight with focus on Intercompany. Inventory management and Distribution & Logistics Experience with implementing major third-party systems (3PL & 4PL warehouses, Transportation management systems). Experience with data migration tools and data migration strategy on following objects: Purchase orders, Materials, Vendors, Customers, PIR, Routes, Transfer prices, Shipping Cost Documents, Logistics Invoice Verification. Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements, cost estimation/economics, develop workflow processes and manage business relationships altogether with ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner. Experience with SDLC methodology, including tasks like develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements In special cases, willingness to travel (usually 1-2 weeks during Fit & Gap design phase or UAT testing/Training phase) or work in different time zone, during mentioned phases. (Travel is reimbursed) Transportation Planning: Defining routes, transportation modes, shipping points, and delivery points; creating and managing freight orders. Shipment Execution: Processing outbound deliveries, generating shipping documents, managing freight costs, and tracking shipments in real-time. Integration with other SAP modules: Seamless data exchange with modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM). Master Data Management: Maintaining relevant master data like customer locations, vendors, transportation providers, and route details. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation costs, delivery times, and shipment status. Lead Transportation Solution Confirmation Workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders. Configure SAP LE-TRA to align with business needs and best practices. Develop Functional Design Documentation and conduct FIT/GAP analysis. Support key design decisions and assist with system testing. Serve as an SME, providing solutions across multiple teams. Develop innovative solutions for business process improvements. SAP SD LA TRE Consultant - Required - MUST HAVES: Practical experience and understanding of SAP LE-TRA (or SAP TM) module Practical experience and understanding of SAP SD module Experience in Wholesale Distribution and/or Consumer Packaged Goods. SAP certification within module and/or technology. Experience with working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
