Role: Workday HCM Consultant with Payroll Exp Location: Dublin, OH(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10+ Years Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Reporting, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Talent and Performance Management, Finance, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Document Transformation XSLT, Tableau An Integration SME with expertise in Core Connectors, EIB with DT and excellent Studio knowledge. Should be able to work with Retirement Savings Integration Template ( Principal). Outbound Integrations are mostly EIBs with DT, delimited or fixed width files. Inbound integrations require Studio expertise. Metlife Integration is a Studio integration (leaves are broadcast from Metlife). Resources are required to also have fundamental functional knowledge in areas like Payroll and Benefits.
