Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, views and build standard or custom reports Design and build web applications, web API, console applications, window services to integrate with D365CS Provide strategic guidance to clients on leveraging Dynamics 365 to optimize their business processes and achieve their goals. Collaborate closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs. Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet client-specific needs, leveraging the platform's capabilities and tools. Oversee the development of customizations, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform and other relevant technologies. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support knowledge transfer and user adoption. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and features of Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Act as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients and internal teams Qualification Extensive experience working as a consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with a focus on CRM, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Dynamics 365 implementations for enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Proficient in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization. Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple time zones and proactively manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
