Experience supporting ServiceNow. Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL). Strong proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. Experience running ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and identifying root causes of failures. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple efforts effectively. Preferred: ITIL v3 or v4 Certification.
