Please let me know and Please Share your updated resume at [email protected] Role : SAP PP/QM Consultant Location : Jersey City, NJ ---- Need Local Only Contract : Long Term Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP PP/QM Consultant with 15+ years of expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP PP/QM, extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, rollouts, and support projects, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: SAP PP (Production Planning): Lead SAP PP module implementation, enhancements, and support in discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing industries. Design and configure PP Master Data (Material Master, BOMs, Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions). Implement and support Planning Strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning). Manage Production Execution processes including Order Management, Shop Floor Control, and Repetitive Manufacturing. Integrate SAP PP with SD, MM, WM, and FICO modules. Optimize Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Variant Configuration. SAP QM (Quality Management): Configure QM Master Data (Inspection Plans, Quality Notifications, Sampling Procedures, Catalogs, Code Groups). Implement In-Process, Incoming, and Final Inspection Processes. Define and optimize Inspection Types, Usage Decisions, and Defect Management. Enable SAP QM integration with SAP PP, MM, and SD for quality checks and non-conformance handling. Develop CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes and integration with external quality systems. Implement Audit Management, Supplier Quality Management, and Stability Studies. Project Leadership & Support: Lead SAP PP/QM Rollouts, Implementations, and Support Projects. Conduct Business Process Analysis, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design. Provide expert-level SAP PP/QM Functional Configuration. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and SAP developers (ABAP, Fiori). Drive user training, change management, and knowledge transfer. Work with SAP S/4HANA migrations, Fiori apps, and SAP best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM with at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM and ECC 6.0. Extensive experience in MRP, Capacity Planning, Batch Management, and Shop Floor Control. Proven ability to integrate SAP PP/QM with MM, SD, PM, WM, and EWM. Experience with SAP Fiori Apps, SAP Activate Methodology, and Fiori-based PP/QM transactions. Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP Enhancement Framework. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Experience in validations, test scripts, and SAP QA processes. Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or FMCG. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
