Job Title: Production Support Enginner Location: Lone Tree, Denver CO (Preferred) Or Southlake, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Must Have: Seasoned L3 Production Support Lead with extensive experience managing complex applications within Financial Services, focusing on FS Risk regulatory requirements (Financial Risks, Third-Party Risks, Credit Risks etc.) Proficient in incident management, problem resolution, root cause analysis, automation and ensuring continuous service improvement through the ITIL and ITSM practices. Hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL. Splunk, Java, Cloud & Microservices Experience in monitoring/logging tools like Splunk. flexibility in working hours, including after-business-hours deployment and weekend on-call support on a rotational basis Knowledge of Treasury and Securities Lending is plus.
