Proven experience managing Agile Release Trains (ART) within a scaled agile framework (SAFe) or similar methodologies. Deep understanding of agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Ability to coach and mentor teams in adopting agile methodologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive timely resolution. Experience with risk management and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges. Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
