Investigate and troubleshoot Production issues. Pinpoint Problematic Code and Dependencies in Real Time, Helping to Resolve Issues Faster. In-Depth Troubleshooting and Real-Time Monitoring capabilities. Support the regular application release process Support our application platforms in both production and the non-production test environments. Be part of an on call rotation Work with Development teams for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team specific knowledge base and skill set.
