Travel expenses will be reimbursed as long as they adhere to ours and our customer's guidelines As the Lead SAP Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing cutover activities associated with SAP implementation projects. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP, minimizing the impact on business operations. You will be a key contributor in planning, coordinating, and executing cutover strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role will require extensive experience in Release, Cut-over, regression and performance of enterprise applications. Experience with monitoring at application and business process level and ability to translate key messages to the IT and business community. This role should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and excellent coordination skills. General Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of the cutover strategy and planning for SAP implementation projects. Develop the Global Template and Local teams, to execute the Cutover. Responsible for coordinating with the project managers for testing, data migration, IT system cutover and legacy business process transition. Previous experience of working with large teams with various stakeholders and multiple delivery partners. Develops detailed cut-over checklist and project plan. Responsible for creating and maintaining the Cut-over Project Plan encompassing activities, timelines, resources, and dependencies. Responsible for detailed project management of the cut-over and conversion deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cut-over Coordinate and track cutover activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Plans the physical resources required for cut-over activities. Provides cut-over status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders involved in coordination of legacy shut down activities prior to application activation Works closely with the workgroups to document the cut-over plan for each application Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful data migration and system integration during cutover. Single point of contact for coordinating all release planning activities with workstream/ sub-workstream leads Governance structure, stand-up, planning, and execution Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP project management. Proven track record in managing SAP cutover activities for large-scale implementations with at least 3 brownfield migration experience Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
