Hands-on experience with server installations from inception to delivery. MQ expertise and production support experience. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support IBM infrastructure from inception to delivery. Provide hands-on production support, ensuring IBM environments run smoothly. Conduct Healthchecks and performance monitoring for server installations. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and operational issues in production. Work closely with IBM vendors to optimize system performance. Support MQ environments, ensuring stability and reliability. Utilize AWS and Bitbucket for cloud and version control tasks.
