Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with an experience of 4 to 6 years. This role will be responsible for support and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation. Understand business requirement and create functional specifications. Should have experience in client facing and working with multiple stake holders/Onsite teams Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing Strong written and oral communication skills Must have worked on 1 Production support project and 1 implementation project. Good problem-solving skills and aware of SLAs used ticketing tool like ServiceNow Remote 100%. Client is in PST Must Have Skills: At least 4 to 6 years of HCM domain experience. Well versed with HCM ATOM Feed (like Worker updates, Hire, terminate etc.), HCM extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Integrations, Web service, SOAP, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) / BI publisher, Customization, Personalization, SOAP UI At least 2-3 Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with hands on experience in Core HR and any of the below modules o Compensation o Talent o Performance o Goal OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Report Must have very good experience in writing SQL using HCM tables. Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of Fast formula, Security, Sandbox, Flex fields, Business Process Management (BPM) Workflow, Taleo Client Connect (TCC), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) Professional Skills: Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Adhering security/coding guidelines and standards.
