[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] PeopleSoft Techno Functional HCM Payroll expert: Minimum of 12-15 years of experience (Techno-Functional) in PeopleSoft HCM applications 9.1 and above version Experience in End to End PeopleSoft HCM Implementation/upgrade/AMS experience in PeopleSoft HCM Application Understand functional aspects of the system and work on development/solutioning the problems and engage directly with business users Debug and support PeopleSoft HCM applications and 8.5x People tools Develop and debug customizations using PeopleTools i.e. Query, SQR, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, XML Publisher, and Application Messaging Prepare technical design documentation Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps Thorough knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM table structures and ER diagrams Mandatory skills: Knowledge on HRMS Modules (Primary) Payroll, Benefits, Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Time and Labour, etc. Experience with payroll testing Design, develop, implement and test payroll rules like earning, deductions, formulas etc. Familiarity with interfaces that support payroll, such as benefits and other HR functions. (add time and labor, absence management) Supporting bi-weekly payroll processes within PeopleSoft Troubleshoot issues such as calculation errors, tax corrections etc. Conduct end-to-end testing of payroll functionality, including payroll processing (monthly, bi weekly, weekly etc), tax calculations, compliance rules. Develop and execute test cases, scenarios and scripts for payroll system Perform regression testing after system updates, patches, Tax Updates and enhancements.
