Hello, Greetings! This is Avanish from NLB Services. One of our clients is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer in Dallas, TX (Onsite) . Position: Sr. Data Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Type: Contract Job Description: Description:- Seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a focus on Data Design and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. As part of our growing team, you'll play a key role in architecting and building robust data pipelines and solutions. If you are passionate about working with cutting-edge tools like SAP Datasphere and Talend, we would love to have you join us. Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable data pipelines to manage and process large volumes of data across various systems. Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements. Develop and optimize ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Implement automated data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow. Collaborate with data architects to design and maintain data models. Perform data integration tasks and work with SAP Datasphere for cloud data solutions. Ensure data quality and integrity across all stages of processing. Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing data pipelines. Document processes and solutions clearly for use by internal teams. Requirements:- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Python programming, with a focus on data processing and automation. Solid experience in designing and implementing data pipelines for ETL processes. Familiarity with Talend or similar ETL tools is a plus. Experience with Apache Airflow for scheduling and orchestrating workflows is desirable. Knowledge of SAP Datasphere is a plus. Strong understanding of data modeling and database management principles. Ability to troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize for performance. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on working within a team. Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Experience with data warehousing solutions. Education and Experience:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
