Role: Servicenow Developer with HRSD & OOTB exp Location: Malvern, PA(Hybrid) Visa: Only H1B with PPNum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10 Years Proven Collaboration Skills; Process Design; ServiceNow Life Cycle Events & Journeys; Agile Methodology; Create Requirements, Epic and User stories; Create Process documents, flows etc Analyze and document current enterprise journeys (e.g., Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Movement) across HR, IT, Global Workplace Experience, and Finance, identifying pain and friction points for employees. Perform a fit-gap analysis to document the differences between the current state and ServiceNows out-of-the-box (OOTB) journeys, with the goal of addressing pain points using OOTB functionality. Problem Solving; Analytical Skills; User Experience/Human centered design; Change Management Meet with business journey owners and HRSD workstream leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of each enterprise journey, identifying challenges and opportunities. Based on the gap analysis, create a detailed implementation roadmap for each enterprise journey, outlining how Vanguard can unlock value across the organization. Develop a step-by-step action plan for each division to prepare for the enterprise rollout. Once the implementation roadmap is approved, create HR requirements, epics, and agile stories for the implementation partner to configure in ServiceNow during Q3/Q4 2025.
