Sr. Quality Analyst (Automotive Industry, ERP Implementation) Job Summary: Top Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst with a strong background in the automotive industry and expertise in ERP implementation, preferably Plex Systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality processes align with business objectives, support ERP system integration, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee quality assurance processes in alignment with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AIAG guidelines, etc.). Lead ERP implementation efforts, ensuring quality-related modules and functionalities are effectively integrated into business operations. Serve as the Plex Systems subject matter expert, configuring quality management modules and providing user training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to optimize ERP workflows and data accuracy. Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and audits to enhance manufacturing processes. Analyze quality data, generate reports, and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP, and corrective action processes to ensure supplier and production quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements within the automotive industry. Support internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior quality analysts and plant personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive manufacturing industry. Proven experience with ERP implementation, preferably Plex Systems. Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards, methodologies, and tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles. Experience with PPAP, APQP, CAPA, and supplier quality management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and quality reporting tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Plex ERP Quality Modules. Certification in Six Sigma, ASQ-CQE, or other quality-related programs.
