Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in aligning IT systems with business processes, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity. Bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field (additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis). Desirable Qualifications: Additional years of experience beyond the mandatory requirements. 10 years of experience developing IT infrastructure solutions as a lead architect. 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation. 7 years of experience as a senior systems engineer establishing web application environments. 8 years of experience providing direct support for web systems environments, including web application installations, upgrades, and deployments. 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure/M365 infrastructure and products. 3 years of experience in administering and managing Microsoft Entra ID. 8 years of experience in configuring server, group, and service account security, including strict security policy enforcement and maintenance. 8 years of experience administering Active Directory. Proven knowledge and experience with current trends in technologies, including: Wintel, VMware, Networking, Storage, Data Security, Databases, Data Center Facilities Management, Virtual Desktop. Experience in: Establishing performance baselines and tuning servers, sites, and web applications. Identifying and evaluating the implications of proposed infrastructure changes.
