Lead, guide, and drive the assessment, planning, and execution phases. Resolve major issues and align the platform closer to out-of-the-box (OOB) functionality. Coordination: Oversee planning, resource onboarding, and delivery assessment. Provide staffing recommendations and technical guidance throughout the engagement. Manage day-to-day operational activities to support existing tenants of the platform. Optimization and Integration: Identify short-term, mid-term, and long-term action plans for optimizing the ServiceNow platform. Propose and execute an integration and consolidation strategy for the platform. Assessment and Action Plan Development: Perform a comprehensive assessment of the ServiceNow platform to build an initial action plan. Execute the action plan with support from the existing team and additional staffing as needed. Deliverables: Recommend short-term improvement actions. Recommend mid-term improvement actions. Propose potential future phases for platform enhancements and optimization. Requirements: Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform and modules. Strong experience in leading assessments, planning, and platform optimization projects. Ability to align platform functionalities with OOB standards. Exceptional skills in resource coordination, staffing, and technical guidance. Familiarity with platform integration and consolidation best practices.
