Please cross check before sharing your profiles Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration modules. Technical Support: Provide technical support for system enhancements, bug fixes, and integration issues. Functional Expertise: Demonstrate functional expertise in supply chain processes, procurement, and supplier collaboration. Integration: Architect and manage the integration of SAP Ariba with other ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA. Data Management: Ensure data quality and manage data integration aspects of the project. Customer Support: Provide responses to functional queries and support customer project implementations. Change Management: Guide and provide inputs for change management and long-term solution sustainability. Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Ariba Solution Expertise: Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Ariba and externally at the client). Synthesizes learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and/or sound reasoning. Communicates to effectively resolve problems or issues. Applies a broad knowledge of Supply Chain solutions and its integration to client s backend ERP system. Establishes credibility as a conduit for solutions expertise with customers (e.g., positive customer feedback), and is viewed as trusted advisor to the customer Teamwork: Executes with minimal guidance and shows strong initiative. Works with project manager to determine what resources/skills are needed and brings them in as necessary. Maintains regular communication with team members (e.g., face-to-face, via voicemails, emails) so everyone understands what the others are working on. Proactively collaborates with teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution delivery (e.g., change in scope). Displays proactive communication (i.e., face-to-face meetings and phone calls are more frequent than emails). Manages internal and external resources to optimize client impact. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of consulting experience with SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules, EDI/XML integrations, and Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG). Functional Skills: Strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement, and supplier collaboration. Education: Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to work creatively and analytically in a Problem-solving environment. (1.)
