Role: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Ewing, NJ(Hybrid)
Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory
Job Description:
Total IT Experience required 11+ Years
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM).
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
Experience working as a ServiceNow Architect with deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integration, and deployment.
Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience in implementing ITSM processes.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting technologies).
Experience with ServiceNow development tools (e.g., Studio, Update Sets, Service Portal, MID Server).
Experience with integrations using web services (SOAP/REST), middleware, and other integration methods.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to lead teams in an Agile environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, lead teams, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
