You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of data, fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities: 1. ETL Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient ETL processes using IBM DataStage. Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of ETL processes in a data warehouse environment. 2. Data Warehousing: Design and implement data warehousing solutions that align with business requirements. Develop and maintain data warehouse architecture, ensuring scalability and flexibility. 3. Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and gather data requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ETL and data warehousing projects. 4. Data Integration: Work closely with data architects, database administrators, and business intelligence teams to integrate data seamlessly. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and data warehouse processes. 5. Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL processes and data warehouse performance for efficiency and scalability. Conduct regular performance monitoring, tuning activities, and capacity planning. 6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data warehouse architecture. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ETL and data warehousing. 7. Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and guidance. Mentor and provide leadership to junior team members in ETL and data warehousing practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a DataStage Developer, with at least [X years] of hands-on experience. Strong expertise in ETL concepts, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling. Proficiency in IBM DataStage toolset (DataStage Designer, Director, and Administrator). Experience with database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL proficiency.
