As a PLM Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement effective Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions using Siemens Teamcentre. Your expertise will help clients streamline their product development processes, improve collaboration, and increase efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcentre. 2. Solution Design: Design and implement PLM solutions that meet clients' specific requirements, including data migration, workflow development, and system integration. 3. Teamcentre Implementation: Configure and deploy Siemens Teamcentre to meet client needs, including setup, customization, and testing. 4. Data Migration: Develop and execute data migration plans to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Teamcentre. 5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on Teamcentre usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. 6. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment and effective solution delivery. Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in PLM consulting, with a focus on Siemens Teamcentre. 2. In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcentre, including its architecture, functionality, and best practices. 3. Proven track record of successful PLM implementations, with a strong understanding of product development processes and data management. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Nice to Have: 1. Certification in Siemens Teamcentre or other PLM solutions. 2. Experience with other PLM solutions, such as PTC Windchill or Dassault Systmes ENOVIA. 3.
