Experience managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects Expertise in driving project delivery execution through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design, optimizing delivery of all programs and project by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams, overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders, overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on portfolio status against action items, milestones, critical path/dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies for transform, grow, and sustain workloads. Experience with TRIAD model for case management in Healthcare Industry Manage coordination and communication between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout delivery. Initiate and coordinate project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis. Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to delivery key business values. Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources. Experience assuring milestones achievement and full delivery of technology and business needs.
