This role requires a strategic ler with expertise in cloud-based ERP projects, cross-functional team lership, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing Workday ERP systems and will be adept at coordinating efforts across multiple workstreams, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system. Local candidates are strongly preferred; however, out-of-state candidates will be considered for a fully remote position. Primary Responsibilities: L and manage NextGen Workday cutover planning and execution activities. Develop a detailed cutover schedule across technical (reports, integration, security), functional (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Procurement), and OCM (Communications, Change Management, Training) areas. Collaborate with Program Teams, Technical Teams, and Implementation Partners to align on cutover activities. Identify, track, and resolve cutover risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate with system owners, business SMEs, and workstreams to ensure deliverables and milestones are met. Provide comprehensive cutover reporting, including status updates, risk mitigation plans, and go-live riness assessments. Drive cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers, and execution plans to ensure a successful go-live. Escalate critical items that may impact the go-live schedule and work on resolution strategies. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of Workday SaaS ERP implementation experience. 10+ years of project management experience in ERP implementations. Prior experience ling Workday implementation programs, managing multiple Workday components. Expertise in Technical Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Operations Management. Proficiency with Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.). Strong lership and organizational skills to drive change management processes. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with state or public sector clients is a plus. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
